This policy covers only the product listed above. Other products in our catalog are not currently subject to this retail return policy.

Return Window & Conditions

We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition -- unused, uninstalled, and undamaged.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, components, and documentation.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided at the time of the return request.
  • Returns due to product defects or damage caused during shipping will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please provide photographic evidence when submitting your request.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that have been installed, modified, or used.
  • Items returned without prior authorization or outside the 30-day return window.
  • Items damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or external factors not related to manufacturing defects.
  • Orders placed by wholesale or bulk purchasers -- these customers should contact our team directly for after-sales support.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please follow these steps:

    Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. Do not ship any items before receiving written authorization from us.

    Ship the Item to Our U.S. Warehouse

    Once authorized, you will receive shipping instructions. Please pack the item securely and ship it to our U.S. warehouse address (to be confirmed upon authorization). We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

    Refund Processing

    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a verified product defect or an error on our part. We recommend retaining your shipping receipt and tracking number until your refund has been confirmed.

Chinese Pool Equipment is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Wholesale & Bulk Customers

This return and refund policy does not apply to wholesale or bulk purchase orders. After-sales matters for wholesale and bulk customers are handled on a case-by-case basis under separate commercial agreements.
